The College of Business Administration prepares students for careers in accounting, economics and finance, information and decision sciences, and marketing and management. The college offers an online M.B.A and a Ph.D. in international business; and houses the Border Region Modeling Project and the Centers for Entrepreneurial Development, Advancement, Research and Support.
The College of Education shapes and prepares the community's teachers, counselors, diagnosticians and school administrators. Undergraduate and graduate students are guided by a team of advisors from the College of Education, Liberal Arts and Science.
The College of Engineering has been named the No. 1 graduate engineering school for Hispanics three years in a row and has been recognized nationally for its innovative programs. The college has been named a Model Institution for Excellence by the National Science Foundation.
The College of Health Sciences prepares the community's caregivers in an assortment of fields, including pharmacy, social work, physical therapy and speech-language pathology. Graduate and undergraduate students have the opportunity to participate in health research and hands-on learning experiences that are unique to the border region.
The College of Liberal Arts provides students with undergraduate and graduate degree programs in everything from music theater and psychology to criminal justice and anthropology. The college supports centers and programs in Law and Border Studies, Inter-American and Border Studies, Civic Engagement and Law and Human Behavior.
The College of Science offers degrees in the fields of biology, chemistry, geology, mathematics and physics, including eight master's-level and four doctorate-level programs. The college houses the Border Biomedical Research Center, the Medical Professions Institute and the Minority Access to Research Careers programs, among others.

The School of Nursing prepares students to enter one of the nation's most competitive and fastest-growing health care fields. The nursing program has been the region's lifeline for more than 30 years, producing highly recruited health care professionals who are readily placed in regional facilities across El Paso and the country. The school is among the top Hispanic-serving Schools of Nursing in the nation.
University College brings together some of the most innovative programs at UTEP, including the Bachelor of Multidisciplinary Studies, Master of Public Administration, Master of Leadership Studies, Master of Science in Intelligence and National Security Studies, the Law School Preparation Institute and the Institute for Policy and Economic Development.
